		<description>well running works vheryteing pretty much, but you won&#039;t be buff, you can do push ups, sit ups, bench dips (triceps), pull ups (with hands close for biceps and far out facing forward for back), squats (while holding something for quads), and lift stuff above your head (deltoids/shoulders).  you can buy the correct equipment too, but it will be really hard to work out at home only.  you would need multiple weights, and basically, dumbbells would be the best that will work with most exercises.  however, if you want to get serious, you have to run and eat enough.  w/o running, you could die of heart failure (not even joking), and without eating enough, you will be sore all the time and not gain muscle like you want.  you would need to run at least 2 times a week, but 2 times is good.  running will help you lose fat which will make your muscles appear bigger.there are only 2 things left, when working out, you can either go high weights or lots of repetitions of low weights.  I suggest doing hi reps/low weight for the first month or two, then hi weight/few reps from then on after.  that low weight will make your muscles become more defined, hi weight will simply make them larger.  good luck!</description>
